What happens to your body if you stop having

Ask any $3xually active person or a couple you know and they’ll tell you that ᴅʀʏ sᴘᴇʟʟs ɪɴ ᴛʜᴇ ʙᴇᴅʀᴏᴏᴍ are quite common and natural.

It could last a few weeks or a few months and there are a number of reasons why people who’ve had $3x – even regular $3x – stop or take a break. It could be because of ill health, being too busy or stressed, a dip or cold period in the relationship or because you’re on medications that ɪɴᴛᴇʀғᴇʀᴇ ᴡɪᴛʜ ʏᴏᴜʀ ʟɪʙɪᴅᴏ.

Whatever the reason and the exact ᴅᴜʀᴀᴛɪᴏɴ ᴏғ ᴀʙsᴛɪɴᴇɴᴄᴇ (it’s subjective after all) may be, not having $3x for a long-ish duration of time can have an effect on your health. The following are some of the things you may notice when you stop having $3x.

Physical health

Immune system
Regular $3x improves the immune system and prepares the body to fight off illness by ʀᴇʟᴇᴀsɪɴɢ ᴇɴᴅᴏʀᴘʜɪɴs.

This means that having $3x less often might result in more frequent illnesses, like the cold or flu. A study reported that saliva samples of college students who had ʀᴇɢᴜʟᴀʀ $ᴇx were found to have a higher concentration of certain antibodies called ɪᴍᴍᴜɴᴏɢʟᴏʙᴜʟɪɴ A, which fight the common cold.

ᴠᴀɢɪɴᴀʟ health
Having $3x after a long break can be uncomfortable. It takes longer for the female body to become ᴀʀᴏᴜsᴇᴅ ᴀɴᴅ ᴘʀᴏᴅᴜᴄᴇ ᴇɴᴏᴜɢʜ ʟᴜʙʀɪᴄᴀᴛɪᴏɴ to make $3x easy and comfortable.

Regular $3x or ᴍᴀsᴛᴜʀʙᴀᴛɪᴏɴ can keep the tissues in your ᴠᴀɢɪɴᴀ healthy by improving blood flow.

Period pains
Some people find $3x to be an excellent remedy for menstrual cramps. The increase in endorphins caused by $3x as well as the uterine contractions that occur with ᴏʀɢᴀsᴍ can both help alleviate cramps. You don’t have to have $3x to ʀᴇᴀᴘ these benefits — ᴍᴀsᴛᴜʀʙᴀᴛɪᴏɴ can have the same effect.

Cardiovascular health
If you do not have $3x on a regular basis, you are at a higher risk of developing cardiovascular disease. In addition to being a source of exercise, $3xual intercourse helps keep your ᴇsᴛʀᴏɢᴇɴ ᴀɴᴅ ᴘʀᴏɢᴇsᴛᴇʀᴏɴᴇ ʟᴇᴠᴇʟs in balance, which can lower your risk of heart disease.

Mental health

ʟɪʙɪᴅᴏ
Surprisingly, going a long time without having $3x can make you lose interest in $3x altogether. The more you have $3x, the more you want to have $3x. Regular $3x boosts your ʟɪʙɪᴅᴏ.

Stress and anxiety level
Having $3x releases ᴇɴᴅᴏʀᴘʜɪɴs ᴀɴᴅ ᴛʜᴇ ʜᴏʀᴍᴏɴᴇ ᴏxʏᴛᴏᴄɪɴ into the body. These ɴᴇᴜʀᴏᴄʜᴇᴍɪᴄᴀʟs can help manage the effects of anxiety or stress. ᴏxʏᴛᴏᴄɪɴ has the additional benefit of helping you sleep. If you do not have $3x regularly, your body may release these hormones less often, which might make it more difficult to cope with stress.

Relationship health
For many couples, regular ⓢⓔⓧⓤⓐⓛ ⓘⓝⓣⓔⓡⓒⓞⓤⓡⓢⓔ is an important way to maintain their bond. Regular $3x also often leads to better communication. Generally, couples who have $3ex more often feel more emotionally attached and connected in comparison with those who do it less often.

Facial Changes Indicating Serious Health Issues

1. Eyebrow thinning

Livestrong.com explains health factors like hypothyroidism and atopic dermatitis as potential causes for thinning eyebrows. Hypothyroidism, an underactive thyroid gland, can lead to overall hair thinning. Also, atopic dermatitis, an inflammation of the skin, affects around 20% of people and may contribute to eyebrow thinning.

2. Intense acne and unusual hair

Having some acne and peach fuzz is usually harmless. However, severe acne and excessive facial hair may indicate an underlying health issue. It could be a sign of Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS), characterized by irregular periods, obesity, infertility, and abnormal hair growth. If you experience these symptoms, seek medical attention promptly.

3. Red rashes and bumps

The appearance of a red rash on your face or neck could be a warning sign of digestive issues or autoimmune disorders like celiac disease or lupus. Stay informed about these potential health concerns.

4. Under-eye circles

Occasional under-eye circles due to lack of sleep are common, but pay close attention if changes occur. When accompanied by red or dark patches, it could signal Dermatomyositis, an autoimmune disease causing muscle aches and weakness. Don’t delay; consult a doctor if you notice these signs.

Graduation: A Celebration for All

Imagine the excitement of graduating college and having Jerry Seinfeld as your commencement speaker. How incredible would that be? Well, for most of the college graduates at the Duke ceremony, it was an awesome moment.

However, there were a few graduates who chose to walk out during the address. Yes, they actually walked out of their own graduation simply because a Jewish comedian was addressing them. This act of protest is quite ironic since they missed out on a unique opportunity to hear a cool speech from a famous actor who is tired of the left-wing, politically correct nonsense.

The majority of the students at the Duke graduation ceremony cheered for Jerry Seinfeld. I mean, come on, it’s Seinfeld! This guy is cool. Walking out on that was just silly. Even if you don’t find him funny, that’s perfectly okay. But have some respect for your college and your fellow graduates. Don’t be selfish and disrupt the graduation just because you don’t like the speaker.

Graduation is a celebration for everyone present, not just a small group of protesters. By walking out, you not only ruined your own graduation experience but also disrupted it for others. And all because you didn’t like the speaker? You worked hard for years to earn your degree, so the least you could do is stick it out for an hour and contribute to making the ceremony special for everyone.

Let’s strive to do better and show respect for others, even when we may not agree with them.

Elvis Presley’s grandson takes the stage and shows his talent. He even looks like his legendary grandfather

Dakota Striplin stands out on the music show “The Voice” by saying that he is the grandson of Dr. Elvis Presley, who was known as “The King of Rock and Roll.” He sings a new version of “Love Me Tender” to both the crowd and the judges on “The Voice.” Each note makes them think of his rumored ancestry.

Everyone in the room is mesmerized by Dakota as soon as he starts to play his guitar and sing with his angelic voice. Deeply moved, the judge quickly turned her chair around and put her hand on her chest. Someone else, unable to turn down the appeal of his show, says:

She quickly flips her chair to show that she agrees, saying, “I have to see what’s going on here.” At the end of the song, the judges are blown away by how well he can sing and play the instruments.

The judges want to know why he chose that song and how it came about. Dakota says that for a long time, Elvis Presley has been an influence to him. As he talks about his family history, he mentions that his grandma loved going to see Elvis perform. This leads to the joke that he might be related to the King, which makes the judges laugh as they talk about how much they look alike.

As Dakota’s story goes on, he uncovers the mysterious history of his family tree. Even though Dakota’s father doesn’t say anything, his grandmother, who has a strong link to Elvis’s legacy, is very important to the story. There’s more to Dakota’s claim than meets the eye because she saw Elvis perform in Hawaii and is very sad about his death.

The fact that DNA results were found that contradict his claimed biological father’s story makes people think that Dakota might be, but you should still look him up and come to your own conclusions.

She was once a movie star whose intense gaze and sky-blue eyes drove fans wild. But now, age has taken its toll, and she has aged significantly…

Once upon a time, an exceptionally talented American actress captured the hearts of millions with her outstanding performances and captivating azure eyes reminiscent of an icy princess, leaving audiences spellbound.

This extraordinary woman, known as Foster, embarked on her acting journey during her formative years at boarding school, where she participated in theater productions, refining her craft and conquering stage fright.

Her cinematic debut came swiftly alongside Michael Douglas in the film “Adam at 6 am,” garnering attention in professional circles for her distinctive appearance and entrancing gaze.

Throughout her illustrious career, Foster earned critical acclaim for her roles, even securing a nomination for the Canadian film award “Genie” for her performance in the drama “Ticket to Heaven.” Notable credits include appearances in “Master of the Universe,” “Strangers Among Us,” “Another Story,” and “Blind Fury.”

Beyond the silver screen, Foster found success in television series such as “Cagney and Lacey,” “Xena – Warrior Queen,” “ER,” “Quantum Leap,” and “The Amazing Wanderings of Hercules,” among others.

Despite her popularity, Foster’s romantic life saw her married only once to colleague Stephen McHattie, though the union eventually dissolved. Today, she resides alone on her expansive ranch, dedicated to horse breeding.

As time passed, Foster’s film appearances dwindled, and the natural aging process became evident, with deep wrinkles gracing her face. Nonetheless, she remains unapologetic about her appearance, choosing to embrace the aging process without resorting to plastic surgery.

With her distinctive appearance and commanding presence, Foster continues to captivate audiences, demonstrating that age cannot diminish her enduring allure. Her performances and unwavering spirit stand as a testament to her remarkable talent and timeless appeal.

The Benefits of Grandparent Support

Becoming a new parent can be daunting, especially if you’re attempting to combine work and caring for your child. That’s why having the support of grandparents can be quite beneficial. They provide help and, in certain cases, serve as primary babysitters.

A Surprise Request

However, not every family enjoys this luxury. When my mother-in-law retired and offered to care our child while we worked, we felt we had hit the jackpot. She has been wonderful with our infant, going above and beyond to assist with home duties. But recently, she dropped a bombshell: she wants to be compensated for babysitting our child.

Conflicting Perspectives

I’m in a tough spot now. My husband and I have been happily married for ten years, both working full-time. Our six-month-old daughter, Katie, is the center of our world. Having my mother-in-law’s help has made everything smoother. So you can imagine my shock when she asked for payment.

To me, it’s almost unfathomable that she would consider charging us for spending time with her own grandchild. I remember my own grandma taking care of us without expecting anything in return. She did it purely out of love. I used to babysit my siblings for free when I was younger because that’s what family does.

However, my spouse believes that since we would have to pay a stranger to watch Katie in my mother-in-law’s absence, it’s only fair to compensate her. We’re both torn and confused, and this situation has brought us to the brink of an argument. We’ve spent countless hours trying to figure out what to do, but it feels like our brains are stuck in chaos.

Finding a Compromise

But I refuse to allow this scenario separate our family. We need to find a solution that works for everyone. After all, family is about love, understanding, and helping one another. The happiness and well-being of our child should always be our number one priority.

I’ve realized that there is no one-size-fits-all solution. Each family is unique, and what works for one may not work for another. Understanding your loved ones’ perspectives requires open and honest communication.

Maybe we can strike a balance where we repay my mother-in-law in some way without it feeling like a transaction. We could offer to pay for her expenditures, take her out for a special treat, or find another method to show our appreciation.

The most important thing is to approach the matter lovingly and respectfully. Our family’s closeness should not be harmed by financial differences. Let us remember the principles that our grandparents taught in us: selflessness and unconditional love.

In the end, I believe we can navigate through this challenging situation and find a solution that works for everyone. Parenthood is a journey filled with ups and downs, but with the support of our loved ones, we can overcome any obstacle that comes our way.

Found this at a yard sale but I have no idea what it is. Thoughts?

For many of us, history is something that we took in school and we probably forgot more about what we learned in the class than what we remembered. It may not be the favorite subject for all of us, but there are some interesting things that can be learned from it.

That includes what we have in this interesting picture. It is something out of history that was used by millions of people but is not necessarily something that is recognized today. In fact, we would venture to say that most people would not know what it is.

In case you haven’t figured it out by this point, it has to do with laundry. Doing laundry is something that has been done for thousands of years, although the methods of doing so have changed as the millennia continue to roll body.

Many years ago, people would take their dirty clothes down to the river and beat them against a rock. These days, you put them in a machine, and in an hour, they are finished.

The interesting little device we have in these pictures made it easier for people to do their laundry. Considering all of the different steps that are necessary through the process, including hauling the water, boiling it, washing, rinsing, wringing the clothes out, and drying, it was quite a process.

Ten Signs That Your Body Is Not in Balance

Our bodies have a way of communicating with us when something is amiss. Experts have identified several warning signs that can indicate underlying health issues. These signs are essential to recognize, as they can help prevent more significant health problems down the road.

1. Legs that feel like they are crawling: Restless leg syndrome is a medical condition that makes you feel as if something is creeping on your legs. It can be a sign of an underlying issue.

2. Skin thickening: Skin thickening can result from a hormone imbalance, eczema, or allergies. Consulting a doctor is crucial to understand and address this problem properly.

3. A change in handwriting and loss of smell: Changes in movement, speech, and writing can be indicative of Parkinson’s disease. Loss of smell can also be an early sign of this condition.

4. Aggressive behavior: Unexplained aggressive behavior may indicate depression, which doesn’t always manifest as sadness. Mental health is a vital aspect of overall well-being.

5. Sleeping too much: Hypersomnia, characterized by excessive sleeping, can be caused by various autoimmune disorders. Excessive sleepiness at any time and place should be discussed with a healthcare professional.

6. Changes in eye color: A white or grey ring around the cornea of the eyes can indicate excessive cholesterol, particularly if you are under 45 years old. High cholesterol levels can contribute to cardiovascular problems.

7. Craving only salty food: Constantly craving salty foods could be a sign of iron deficiency, anemia, dehydration, or premenstrual syndrome. Proper evaluation by medical specialists is necessary.

8. Fatigue and a low libido: Persistent fatigue and a diminished libido might be indicative of a thyroid hormone problem, which can have a significant impact on energy levels and overall health.

9. Feeling thirsty all the time: Excessive thirst may result from various factors, including the consumption of salty foods. However, it can also be a symptom of conditions like diabetes or pregnancy, so it’s essential to rule out these possibilities.

10. The need to chew ice: If you find yourself constantly craving ice, it could signal an iron deficiency or anemia. Blood tests are necessary to confirm and address this issue.

Recognizing these warning signs and seeking medical advice when necessary is crucial for maintaining good health. Our bodies often provide early indications of potential health problems, and paying attention to these signals can lead to timely intervention and improved well-being.

How to keep head lice away from children (and adults!)

Getting rid of head lice can pose a challenge for parents, yet prevention might prove to be more straightforward than anticipated. One successful approach involves incorporating tea tree oil into your daily regimen.

A mom named Kim Wright took to Facebook to share a valuable tip ahead of the start of the back-to-school season. According to her, one very useful way of preventing lice infestation is by simply adding a few drops of tea tree oil to your children’s shampoo or crafting a diluted tea tree oil spray for their hair.

Wright says that this purely natural solution not only combats lice effectively but also serves as a deterrent against mosquitoes.

Of course, despite parents’ best efforts, some children may still get lice. In such cases, there are various methods available to get rid of them successfully.

Lice can also affect adults, so using the tea tree oil spray for yourself as a preventive measure can help a great deal. While lice infestations can be bothersome, implementing these proactive measures can help keep your family lice-free.
